Hi, I'm Rozanne
I'm a holistic educator with 10+ years of hands-on experience working with children aged 5–12 — in ESL classrooms across Asia, homeschool environments, and online settings worldwide. I founded Sproutmind Hub to bring practical mindfulness, emotional regulation, and social-emotional learning tools to the parents and educators who need them most.
Why Sproutmind Hub exists
Ten years of working directly with children taught me one thing above all else: emotional safety isn't a bonus — it's the foundation. When kids feel understood, regulated, and connected, the learning happens naturally. The listening improves. The meltdowns soften. The curiosity comes alive.
But here's the gap I kept running into: the resources parents and teachers actually needed — practical, beautiful, grounded in real child development research — simply didn't exist in one place. So I built that place.
Sproutmind Hub is where mindfulness meets real life. Every resource I create started as something I genuinely needed in front of a real group of children. Nothing theoretical. Nothing that looks good on paper but falls apart in practice.
"Every child deserves mindful, empowered adults guiding their journey — and every parent and teacher deserves tools that actually work."
— Rozanne, Founder of Sproutmind HubMy story
About ten years ago, I made a decision that changed everything: I left behind a career path that looked great on paper and walked into a classroom full of five-year-olds. Best decision I ever made.
Over the years, I taught in ESL classrooms across Asia, worked with homeschooling families, and ran one-on-one and small group sessions with children navigating everything from big emotions to screen time battles to learning differences. I've sat in the same seat you're sitting in — searching desperately for resources that were clear, practical, engaging, and actually beautiful to use. They were almost impossible to find.
So I started making them myself.
What began as classroom problem-solving became something bigger: a whole philosophy around holistic education for children aged 5–12. One that weaves mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and social-emotional learning (SEL) into everyday family and classroom life — without adding overwhelm to your already-full plate.
I've watched anxious children become grounded. I've seen focus improve, meltdowns reduce in frequency and intensity, and emotional awareness blossom — simply by introducing the right tools at the right time. That's the work Sproutmind Hub is built on.
Whether you're a parent navigating big emotions at home, a homeschooler looking for structured and beautiful SEL tools, or a teacher who wants a calmer, more connected classroom — you're in exactly the right place.
What I stand for
I believe parents and teachers are the most powerful people in a child's world. My role is to give you the tools, confidence, and knowledge to show up fully — not to replace your instincts, but to sharpen them.
Mindfulness isn't a buzzword here — it's the thread running through every resource I create. Teaching children to pause, breathe, and respond (rather than react) is one of the most valuable gifts we can give them.
High-quality SEL and mindfulness resources shouldn't only exist for families with big budgets or specialist school access. Sproutmind Hub is built to be affordable, practical, and usable by real families in real life.
